Paragliding

...there are a variety of ways and options. But the simplest and the most beautiful one for sure is paragliding which combines the fascination of flying with the mountain experience. The possibility of being involved in this experience is offered by a tandem flight from a peak in the Schladming-Dachstein region. You will float along very calmly and gently while viewing the landscape from above.



The unique freedom of paragliding and hang-gliding has found many friends here on the Pla-nai – before the impressive backdrop of the Dachstein and the Ennstal – for more than 25 years. The school grounds are particularly well suited as a training hill for beginners. But even ambitious long-distance flyers and thermal pilots will get their money's worth here. The long-distance record from Planai peak is 150 km.

And if you would like to experience how exciting and beautiful flying can be, just book a tan-dem flight.
Tandem paragliding is unexpectedly easy and allows many people to fulfil their dream of fly-ing. 2, 3 quick paces by the side of an experienced pilot, and you will float down the Planai and land safely in Schladming. Tandem flying can be done by anyone from 6 to 99 years of age!

A free paragliding try-out course is held every Saturday and Sunday on the practice slope with a valid summer ticket. Duration: 3-4 hours.
