Ski ECG

The ski ECG at Planai doesn’t measure heart rate or blood pressure, but altitude and kilometres of slope. At the end of your day of skiing, you can have your completed metres of altitude and slope kilometres printed out. Depending on how high an altitude you achieved, you will fall into the athletic categories of “ski lover” (up to 5,000 m altitude), “athletic hobbyist” (5,000 to 10,000 m altitude), or “expert” (over 10,000 m altitude in one day).

 

How the Planai ski ECG works:
At the end of your day of skiing, simply enter your Ski Pass number (on the front of the ticket) into a special terminal (located at the Planai valley station or Golden Jet valley station). In a few seconds, the PC will print out the ski ECG with the completed metres of altitude, facilities used, number of lift rides, number of kilometres of descent, etc. You also have the option of doing this at home or at your holiday accommodations on the website skiline.cc/planai .
