New team, new energy at the bike park

From spring 2025 onwards, Planai-Hochwurzen-Bahnen GmbH took over the entire construction and maintenance of the trails on its own. The aim is to further perfect the riding experience on the 42 kilometres of trails and maintain it at the highest level in the long term.

In-house shaper team brings expertise and passion to the mountain

A dedicated team of 13 people – including two women – has been put together for this purpose, offering a wealth of experience, passion and international diversity. Two members are already part of the company, while eleven new recruits have been taken on. Together, they will ensure that the trails are in optimal condition across all difficulty levels in future.

The international team from seven countries – including Germany, Chile, Belgium, Hungary, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Austria – brings a wealth of experience from renowned bike parks and complements the team with expertise in architecture, gardening and landscaping, and cable car technology.

Season start on 29 May

The Schladming Bike Park has been a highlight for trail fans from all over Europe for years – with spectacular lines, family-friendly offers and perfect connections to the mountain railway. With the newly formed shaper team, the park will start the summer season on 29 May 2025 with great motivation.
