Café & Beisl "Die Laube"

In May 2016, 27-year-old Stefano Erhart set up his own business with the "Gröbminger ALM" and is running it this year for the fourth summer season. On Wednesday, April 17, 2019, the Mitterberg-born Stefano Erhart also took over "DIE LAUBE" in Gröbming.  Previous tenant Daniel Prachowny, who is looking forward to his new task in the "Das Geringer" in Mandling, is certain that he has found a good successor for the popular restaurant in Stefano: "I'm already looking forward to being able to enjoy my shift idyll in "DIE LAUBE"!

With a few culinary innovations and a fresh coat of paint, the trained chef hopes to inspire existing regulars and win new ones. The small, but fine Cafe & Beisl should offer a cosy ambience for relaxing evenings, celebrations of all kinds and various occasions.
